Bianca is a Corporate Associate specializing in corporate structures, strategic transactions, and IP law. She has extensive experience in licensing, technology transfer, and M&A transactions. Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, Bianca is skilled in legal research and drafting in multiple languages. She holds a law degree from Humboldt University and King's College, as well as an LLM from Cornell Law School, with a focus on intellectual property and corporate law. Bianca has published a paper in the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society, winning the 2021 Cantwell Prize, Second Place. Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving, playing classical piano, and exploring historical sites.
